The global spirits market exceeds $500B, but 80% of the value is captured by five conglomerates. Brand equity drives more than 70% of purchase decisions — not price, not taste. Breaking in requires $5M in marketing just to establish minimal awareness, and 100% of that spend is consumptive: no ownership, no community, no compounding. Pernod Ricard spends €1.9B a year on advertising; Diageo £2.2B. The industry burns capital to buy loyalty — and the people who actually create that loyalty own none of the value they generate.

RondaDAO rewards every sale with RONDA tokens that grant ownership, governance rights, and a share of brand royalties. Each bottle of Ronda de Almas mezcal distributes 100 RONDA: 70 to the influencer, 20 to the buyer, 10 to the DAO treasury. 95% of royalties ($10–15 per bottle) recycle into token buybacks — sending value back to the community instead of forward to ad platforms. The result is a self-funding, community-owned growth loop that compounds value instead of consuming it.

    Luxury spirits is a brand game and the industry burns billions to play it. RondaDAO replaces consumptive A&P with token-based equity — turning every sale into ownership and every influencer into an aligned operator. Marketing stops being an expense and starts being capital that compounds.

    Ronda de Almas is the first cross-regional mezcal — Oaxaca and San Luis Potosí, joined in a single bottle. Best in Show (Country), Best Mezcal of the Year, and Gold Medal at the London Spirits Competition 2024. Liquid, design, packaging, and supply chain are market-ready. The wedge is real before the token launches.

  3. Architecture

    RONDA Token on Solana SPL for instant, low-cost transactions. Governance on Solana Realms — on-chain proposals, treasury management, community votes. A Marshall Islands DAO LLC owns the brand IP and oversees fiat operations. Web3 governance bridged to real-world ops, compliant and auditable from day one.

  4. Flywheel

    More sales → more royalties → more buybacks → higher RONDA value → more attractive to promote → more sales. The loop is closed, on-chain, and the first wave of creators (200K+ combined reach) is already onboarded — driving organic growth ahead of the token launch.
